In 2019, Himanshi started a war of words with Shahnaz Kaur Gill when she flopped Himanshi's song, "I Like It", through an Instagram handle in an interview and in one of her posts. This did not go well with Khurana, and she went live via her Instagram account and accused Gill of having multiple relationships with people. Not only this, the two also met each other. War where they released songs against each other.

Himanshi is a popular Punjabi model. Himanshi Khurana was born into a Punjabi family in Kiratpur Sahib, Punjab. Her father wanted her to be a nurse, but her inclination was towards artistic pursuits. When she was in 11th grade, a family friend suggested her to try modeling as she found Himanshi's face to be very photogenic. She started modeling at the age of 16 when she won the 2009 Miss Ludhiana competition. In 2010, she won another competition called "Miss North Zone" and was also a finalist in Miss PTC Punjabi. She got her first offer to feature in the Kuldeep Manak duo of the Punjabi song Big Day Party. She became famous with her appearance in the Punjabi film Sadda Haq. She also starred in popular music videos such as Soch (Hardy Sandhu), Tara (Amy Virk), Insomnia (Sippy Gill). She considers Pramod Sharma as her mentor. Khurana is a big fan of Babbu Maan and his name is tattooed just below her neck. She always carries a scarf, perfume and an eyebrow kit in her bag. Her family and friends call her Daddu affectionately. She is very fond of dogs.
